Terms and Conditions

1. All our products are described as accurately as possible although there may be some very slight discrepancies in size or colour.
2. All designs are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced without gaining permission from the Directors of Frederica Greetings Limited.
3. Orders received will be dispatched within a week. We will inform you if there are any unforeseen circumstances which may prevent this.
4. Customers are responsible for any applicable custom’s duties or tax in their own countries.
5. Purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided they are in the same condition as when sent.
6. All goods remain the property of Frederica Greetings Limited until paid for in full.
